Job summary
Oasys International LLC is seeking an experienced Chief Systems Engineer/Architect Lead to serve as the senior technical advisor supporting the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. You will design and develop enterprise IT architectures across cloud, network, security, and infrastructure domains to support modernization and secure operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field and 5+ years of enterprise IT architecture experience.
- Experience delivering executive-level technical briefings to government leadership.
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical advisor for enterprise systems engineering and architectural innovation.
- Design enterprise IT architectures across cloud, network, infrastructure, and software engineering domains.
- Develop architectures and CONOPS; produce architecture documentation and artifacts.
- Lead enterprise systems integration across cloud, network, application, and security domains.
- Provide oversight for software development, modernization, and lifecycle management efforts.
- Deliver executive-level briefings and roadmaps to Government leadership and stakeholders.
