Job summary

Aleto Inc. is seeking a Space Planner at a Government Client site in San Antonio, TX to provide support for space planning, design, construction, closeout, and related analytical services across the asset lifecycle. The Space Planner will manage furniture projects and coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate space documentation.

The role requires strong organization, hands-on approach, and customer service orientation, with opportunities to grow within a federal-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management
• 7+ years related experience delivering architecture/engineering services
• Strong AutoCAD knowledge and ability to read construction docs

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of client space assignments to verify space utilization and identify opportunities for changes
• Assist with interior projects to contribute to the client’s brand and workplace strategy
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure space documentation conforms to standards
• Document workflows and data
• Lead furniture programs and procurement advisory services
• Prepare and maintain As-Built Drawings and update XRef files in IWMS
