Job summary

Aleto, Inc. is seeking a Junior Project Manager at a Government Client site in Washington, D.C. to support space planning, design, construction, closeout, and related analytical services across the asset lifecycle.

The role involves managing furniture projects of varying sizes, staying organized, and delivering high-quality service. You will work on-site with client teams and coordinate with vendors and internal staff to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship
• Must be able to obtain an active HSPD-12 public trust credential
• 8+ years related experience in project management
• Knowledge of AutoCAD to efficiently use and manipulate drawings
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, development, execution, and close out of interior projects.
• Scheduling for projects and tasks.
• Estimating and budgeting activities for projects.
• Developing Scopes of Work for assignments.
• Reviewing and responding to submittals and RFIs.
• Coordinating moves and furniture installations.
• Maintain thorough records and report periodically on project status.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management or equivalent discipline
