VetsEZ seeks a Solutions Architect to lead enterprise architectures and cloud-enabled solutions for a federal healthcare modernization program. Remote role with travel to the Washington, DC area as needed. Requires 10+ years in IT and 5+ years in Agile/DevSecOps for Federal programs, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• At least 10 years across IT, systems engineering, software development, or enterprise tech.
• Five+ years in Agile/DevSecOps for Federal programs.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures with AI/ML and data flows.
• Ability to translate architectures into detailed narratives, diagrams, and standards.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of enterprise technical architectures for Census Bureau systems, operations, data management, analytics, and mission objectives.
• Develop technical approaches, architecture specs, standards, and solution-development processes.
• Collaborate with Agile, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, cloud, data analytics, AI/ML, interoperability, and operations teams.
• Translate complex architectures into clear specifications, diagrams, and implementation guidance.
• Coordinate with program managers and engineers to ensure scalable, secure, high-performance solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, briefings, and documentation for disciplined program execution.
• Take on additional tasks to support team objectives.
