Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field.
• 7–10 years proposal management with end-to-end ownership across verticals.
• Direct experience managing federal FAR-based proposals and multi-volume submissions.
• Experience with SLED procurement (state/local government, K–12, higher education).
• Ability to define proposal approach and win themes using federal evaluation knowledge.
• Knowledge of proposal pricing structures, margins, and competitive positioning.
• Experience coordinating teaming partners through submission.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word formatting for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead full proposal lifecycle for assigned pursuits—from RFP through submission.
• Analyze RFP requirements, identify evaluation criteria, and manage compliance.
• Develop proposal schedule, compliance matrix, and assign sections to contributors.
• Lead kickoff, color-team reviews, and ensure all content is integrated.
• Review proposals for compliance and alignment with approach; close gaps.
• Prepare submission-ready documents and coordinate platforms (SAM.gov, eBuy, portals).
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals without quality loss.
• Participate in post-submission debriefs and capture lessons learned.
