Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling with CPM emphasis.
• Expertise in Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of federal government construction processes, including contracts and specs.
• Experience with IMS, TIAs and COs in large projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), including look-ahead planning and what-if scenario modeling.
• Evaluate construction schedules for compliance, performance, and risk, including TIAs and COs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align scopes across concurrent projects.
• Deliver timely reporting by synthesizing data and communicating scheduling impacts to stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews, procurement strategy sessions, and coordination meetings.
• Provide onsite support with travel and potential to work from alternate project offices.
