Job summary

CMS Construction seeks an experienced Project Superintendent/QC Manager/SSHO for a federal roofing project on an active US military base. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, schedule coordination, quality control, and site safety while interfacing with client, design teams, and subcontractors.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of federal project supervision experience on projects of at least $4 million; roofing project experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent and/or QC Manager on federal construction projects valued at $4 million or more.
• Roofing project experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day field operations and coordinate scheduling, quality control, and safety.
• Interface with client representatives, architectural/engineering teams, and subcontractors.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily onsite functions such as subcontractor scheduling and workmanship.
• Travel as needed and comply with government background check requirements.
