Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on commercial construction experience.
• At least 3 years in a superintendent or senior field leadership role.
• Experience on government or federal construction projects preferred.
• Experience with renovation and tenant improvement projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of federal procurement and compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and quality control.
• Proficiency in project documentation and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and ensure work meets plans and contract requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel to maintain schedule.
• Enforce safety protocols and federal compliance on site.
• Monitor quality control and conduct inspections to meet standards.
• Collaborate with project management, engineers, and owners to resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and equipment to optimize workflow.
• Conduct pre-construction and weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, closeout, punchlist, and turnover to owner.
• Mentor and develop field staff, promoting best practices.
