Job summary

MicroTech is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of federal proposals, from pre-RFP through submission, ensuring compliant, compelling responses and timely delivery.

You will coordinate with Capture Managers, SMEs, and external partners, writing and editing proposal sections, managing schedules, and maintaining content repositories in a fast-paced small-business environment. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, marketing, English or related field.
• Four years of federal government contracting experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports compliant federal government proposals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Writes, edits, and manages proposal responses to RFPs, RFQs, Task Order Proposals, and RFIs.
• Coordinates and manages multiple proposal efforts while maintaining schedules and compliance.
• Serves as primary POC for assigned proposal efforts and develops kickoff packages and schedules.
• Reviews and rewrites proposal sections for consistency, compliance, and responsiveness.
• Responds to clarification requests and deficiency reports within compressed timelines.
• Maintains proposal knowledge management repositories and SharePoint libraries.
• Works in a dynamic small business environment with flexibility to changing priorities.
