Qualifications

• 10 years of solid Federal proposal writing experience, with 8 years if holding a Master's Degree.
• Strong communication skills for clarity in documents.
• Must be a US Citizen and have TS with active SCI investigation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor junior writers and improve proposal processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and develop proposal content.
