Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Federal team. You will provide program management support to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, combining technical expertise with strong client relationship skills to deliver exceptional results.

In this role you will manage client relationships, lead proposals, budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff. This position requires travel and a commitment to meeting rigorous project milestones while upholding CDM Smith's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; equivalent related experience will be considered.
A minimum of 10 years of related project management experience.
PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide program management services to support a growing federal development program.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
Manage project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns during project execution.
Mentor and develop junior staff to support their career growth.
