Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Federal team. You will provide program management support to the U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers, combining technical expertise with strong client relationship skills to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities include developing proposals, budgets and schedules, managing project execution, guiding teams, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget while upholding high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months.
• Travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management services for an expanding military development program.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with teams to create proposals, budgets and schedules.
• Manage project execution to meet time, budget and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure client expectations are met.
• Act as primary client contact and mentor junior staff.
