Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Federal team and provide program management support to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. You will combine technical expertise with strong client relationships to deliver projects that meet high standards.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, proposals, budgets, schedules, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10 years of related experience.
• PMI PMI- or CCM- or DBIA-type certification required within 12 months.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required (20–40%).

Responsibilities

• Provide program management services for military development programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate on proposals, budgets and schedules.
• Manage project execution to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Provide technical guidance and act as primary client contact.
• Mentor junior staff and support career growth.
