Kimley-Horn in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Project Manager to expand our Federal practice. You will lead a team, build Federal client relationships, and drive capture efforts while growing military and civilian federal business.

The role offers autonomy, strong leadership, and the potential for ownership based on performance. The position requires deep PM experience with military master plans and direct work with major agencies; candidates should excel in cross-functional leadership and business

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing military master plans in federal space.
• Direct PM and client relationships with USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, DHS and civilian agencies.
• Experience with architects, design firms, consultants, and contractors serving federal agencies.
• Strong design leadership and client-focused software/standards knowledge.
• Business development, proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting experience.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage land development projects profitably.
