Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects supporting EOIR HQ and field operations.
• Ensure continuity of ongoing operations during contract transition and maintain uninterrupted government support.
• Coordinate project activities across geographically dispersed locations, including EOIR courts in the U.S. and overseas.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager, Government Task Managers (GTMs), and technical leads to ensure successful contract execution.
• Prepare and deliver weekly project status reports, executive summaries, dashboards, and ad hoc reports as requested by the Government.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain objectives.
• Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and project management best practices.
• Support transition planning, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration among project teams, Government stakeholders, and contractor personnel.
