Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Federal Deputy Project Manager to lead DoD programs within the High-Performance Building Division. The role involves managing large multi-million dollar facilities with cross‑functional teams across air force, army, and navy installations.

Remote or hybrid work is possible; travel will be required for multi-day trips. Candidates should have 5+ years of PM experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. A master’s degree and PMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex DoD projects and multi-year programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
• Strong data analytics skills including Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business development and data analytics initiatives.
• Oversee management, design, development, and execution of large-scale military facility projects.
• Manage clients, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare governance documents and project execution plans.
• Support change control and risk management activities.
