Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 15+ years in federal law enforcement leadership roles.
Experience with DEA and other law enforcement IT services.
Strong strategic development and implementation experience.
Familiarity with federal proposal processes, delivery, and execution.
Understanding of federal budgeting and procurement processes.
Eligible for Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide government agency subject matter expertise to align capabilities with requirements.
Lead targeted business development, RFx support, and post-award transition activities.
Interface with client leadership to match GDIT capabilities to mission needs.
Oversee program profitability and growth; manage staff and performance evaluations.
Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with policies and standards.
Coordinate subcontractor activities and manage cost proposals and quotes.
Prepare reports and technical reviews for senior management.
