Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a federal government contract from its McLean, VA base. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and a PMP certification, with 10+ years in senior program management and proven experience handling complex contracts.

You will oversee staffing, risk mitigation, and cross-team coordination, delivering status reports to government stakeholders and ensuring successful execution across all teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in senior leadership roles.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Proven experience managing complex contracts and interconnected projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs and multiple interconnected projects.
• Develop staffing plans and provide strategic guidance to project teams.
• Coordinate with task leads to ensure timely completion of SOW deliverables.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present program status reports and briefings to government stakeholders.
• Manage performance evaluation and change management activities.
• Ensure effective communication and execution across all program teams.
• Serve as the senior contractor representative and primary liaison to the COR.
