Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) seeks an experienced Senior Project Management Consultant to lead the CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division contract onsite in Arlington, VA. The role integrates contract controls with sector operations across classified and unclassified work and requires coordinating with CO, COR, and CISA leadership.

Requirements include 10+ years of federal program management, top‑secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible federal program, project, or contract-management experience supporting complex professional-services work.
• Demonstrated experience managing schedule, cost, staffing, risk, quality, deliverables, and senior customer relationships.
• Excellent executive communication, operational judgment, problem-solving, and team-leadership skills.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary management point of contact for the CO, COR, and CISA leadership and coordinate performance across sector-management tasks.
• Build and maintain the Project Management Plan, work breakdown structure, integrated master schedule, organization structure, and management controls.
• Establish and enforce processes for risk, quality, configuration, subcontractor, staffing, communications, security, and change management.
• Oversee governance artifacts, sector engagements, executive products, analytics, trackers, and rapid-response deliverables required under PWS 2.2.1.
• Prepare monthly status reports, Program Management Reviews, financial status reports, staffing plans, risk updates, schedule analysis, and recommendations.
• Monitor funding, expenditures, invoicing, milestones, quality, staffing, attrition, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate cleared and suitability personnel across classified and unclassified work and ensure compliance with DD Form 254 and DHS requirements.
• Provide resources on short notice and sustain operations during urgent events, changing priorities, and unpredictable workload.
