Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for a U.S. federal government contract.

The role includes serving as the senior contractor representative and primary liaison to the COR. The position requires 10+ years of program management experience, PMP certification, and an active TS/SCI clearance. You will lead complex programs, develop staffing plans, coordinate with task leads, and ensure on-time SOW

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in senior leadership roles.
• Current PMP certification or demonstrated project management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex contracts and interconnected projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Ability to manage teams, deliverables, schedules, and program risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs and multiple interconnected projects.
• Develop and implement staffing plans and provide strategic guidance to project/task teams.
• Coordinate with task leads to ensure timely completion of SOW deliverables.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present program status reports and briefings to government stakeholders.
• Manage performance evaluation and change management activities.
• Ensure effective communication, coordination, and execution across all program teams.
• Serve as the senior contractor representative and primary liaison to the COR.
