The role requires collaboration with government stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining schedules and deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of project management or Agile delivery, including Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or 9 years of qualifying experience.
• Scrum or Agile certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP) per contract requirements.
• Experience leading Agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience identifying risks and removing impediments.
• Knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001 principles.
• Leadership, organization, and stakeholder communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with government requirements and timelines.
• Serve as primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams; facilitate ceremonies.
• Identify and resolve impediments; manage risks and team productivity.
• Promote Agile practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain schedules, backlogs, metrics, and status reports.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and leadership to manage expectations and progress.
• Implement and maintain QMS processes aligned with ISO 9001.
• Coach team members on Scrum and Agile best practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
