Pivot Path Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for an IDIQ program with NIST, based on-site in Gaithersburg, MD. You will lead the primary management interface, oversee multiple task orders, and ensure high-quality performance, staffing, and timely deliverables to meet contracts and customer expectations.

The role requires managing complex federal tech or scientific programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong government relationships.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Physical Sciences or Computer Science with eight years in IT-related studies or management.
• Master’s in Physical Sciences or Computer Science with 11 years in IT-related studies or management.
• At least three years of experience managing Government-funded CS or physical science programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple task orders.
• Ability to satisfy federal background, security, and system-access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program-management point of contact for NIST and Pivot Path leadership.
• Oversee multiple concurrent firm-fixed-price task orders under the IDIQ contract.
• Monitor performance metrics, schedules, costs, risks, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, onboard, retain, and replace qualified personnel.
• Coordinate security processing and NIST onboarding requirements.
• Provide executive-level reporting on contract performance and status.
