Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC seeks a Senior Procurement Analyst in Alexandria, VA to lead strategic sourcing, price analyses, and end-to-end procurement for hardware, software, and complex services.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep FAR/DFARS expertise, CPSR compliance, and data-driven decision making to optimize costs and minimize supply-chain risk while partnering with legal, contracts, compliance, risk management, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in government procurement.
• Proficient knowledge of FAR/DFARS and CPSR.
• Experience with hardware/software procurement for DoD/government clients.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate supply-based risks throughout the procurement lifecycle in support of prime contracts.
• Mentor and train purchasing team and delegate tasks across departments.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and scout for additional vendors.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with objectives and monitor supplier performance.
• Create and issue requests for proposals and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Conduct pricing analyses and review bills of materials.
• Review BOMs and collaborate with technical teams to support hardware, software, and services acquisitions.
• Negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, licenses, terms and conditions.
