Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst in Alexandria, VA to lead strategic sourcing, evaluation, and end-to-end procurement for hardware, software, and complex services.

The role requires deep FAR/DFARS knowledge, CPSR experience, and US citizenship with a current Secret clearance and the ability to obtain TS/SCI w/CI polygraph. You will manage supplier relations, perform cost analyses, and mentor procurement staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5+ years of procurement experience supporting government contracts.
• Experience with CPSR audits and FAR knowledge.
• Experience selecting hardware/software for US DoD contracts.
• ERP/procurement systems experience (Deltek Costpoint, Unanet or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• US citizenship required.
• Current Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI w/CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate supply-based risks across the procurement lifecycle.
• Mentor and assist training a purchasing team and delegate tasks.
• Maintain supplier relationships and scout for additional vendors.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with objectives and customer expectations.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery, quality, and compliance.
• Create RFPs and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Conduct pricing analysis and BOM reviews.
• Collaborate with technical teams on hardware/software/services acquisitions.
• Negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, licenses, and terms.
