Qualifications

• J.D. degree required and 8–10 years of federal government procurement law experience.
• Experience with DoD/VA contracts preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of FARs and federal contract vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Direct federal contract/subcontract formation, negotiation and administration in accordance with U.S. requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements and legal documents.
• Advise on risks and disputes relating to federal customer contracts and procurement.
• Lead a team of federal contract managers and provide training on ethics and procurement regulations.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
