The role emphasizes drafting, risk analysis, and strategic counsel on regulatory and cybersecurity considerations, with occasional travel and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified attorney with U.S. law degree and bar admission.
• 8–10 years of federal procurement law experience.
• Experience with DoD/VA contracts and OTAs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct federal contract/subcontract formation, negotiation and administration.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of federal contracts and agreements.
• Advise on risks, disputes and compliance with FARs and procurement laws.
• Lead and mentor a team of federal contracting professionals.
• Provide training on federal ethics, contracting risks, and company policies.
