Supermicro is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to advise the organization on legal, regulatory, contracting, and compliance matters for technologies provided to U.S. federal government agencies.

You will serve as a strategic partner across business teams, guiding the federal acquisition lifecycle from opportunity development through closeout, with a focus on FAR compliance, technology transactions, and data/privacy considerations.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience, including significant federal contracting.
• Experience negotiating and interpreting federal government contracts and tech agreements.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and federal acquisition processes.
• Experience advising technology companies selling to federal agencies.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, issue-spotting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal requirements to non-lawyers and executives.

• Advise on federal acquisition laws, FAR, and agency supplements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate federal government contracts and related agreements.
• Advise on solicitations, proposals, task orders, and procurement strategies.
• Support proposal development and identify legal and regulatory risks.
• Advise on contract interpretation, pricing, IP rights, data rights, warranties, and termination.
