Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) seeks a highly qualified attorney to serve as a senior legal advisor on federal procurement law, bid protests, contract claims, and contract litigation. You will advise contracting officials, program offices, and senior leaders, assess risks, and prepare analyses and litigation documents for agencies before GAO, U.S.

Court of Federal Claims, and boards of contract appeals. The position requires bar admission, U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Selective Service registration required.
• Bar membership in good standing.
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Represents or supports agency representation before GAO, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, boards of contract appeals and other forums.
• Prepares agency legal documents including memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery materials.
• Provides independent advice on complex federal procurement matters including bid protests, contract claims and related litigation.
