Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years experience in Mechanical Design - specifically supporting Federal Industrial Projects.
• HVAC System Design.
• AutoCAD design/drafting experience.
• Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Federal Experience in designing buildings with specific requirements (temperature, humidity, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Technical reviews of design packages.
• Prepare technical reports to summarize preventative maintenance status reports.
• Create long-term upgrade budgetary projections.
