Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to support the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) under the SENTRY Blanket Purchase Agreement. You will coordinate tasks, deliverables, and personnel across task orders and report out to CBO and the contractor.

Qualifications

• Public Trust Tier 2 eligibility and background check.
• Minimum of 5 years of project/program management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication for status reporting.
• Working understanding of IT and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with project management tools and budget/schedule development.
• Attention to detail to meet CBO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Initiate & plan projects by translating needs into concrete objectives and plans.
• Manage resources, budgets, and schedules across contractor personnel.
• Oversee execution and monitoring to ensure on-time delivery with quality.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status to COR and leadership; coordinate with multiple activities.
