Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Congressional Budget Office under the SENTRY BPA.

You will serve as the single point of contact for contract administration across all task orders, coordinating with CBO leadership, the COR, and contractor teams to ensure timely, secure delivery. You will manage reporting, risk, budget, and schedule across multiple SMAs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and drive quality across all project activities,

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence required.
• Eligibility for Public Trust Tier 2 clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of program management experience, preferably with federal IT programs.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Working understanding of IT and cybersecurity capabilities.
• Experience with project management tools, defining requirements, and preparing task proposals (budget and schedule).
• Attention to detail to ensure deliverables meet CBO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contract Oversight: Oversee all contract activities and task orders across SMAs, ensuring alignment with CBO's mission and security requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between CBO leadership, the COR, and contractor team, managing expectations and delivery statuses.
• Project Planning: Define needs and objectives; translate requirements into effective technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Resource & Budget Management: Assign tasks, forecast labor burn rate, and manage budget and schedule development.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential technical and project risks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily progress, manage the schedule, and ensure quality across all deliverables.
