Job summary

HeiTech Services seeks an experienced project manager to provide overall leadership for complex federal technology and information management projects. You will translate customer requirements into actionable plans, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality standards.

The role requires five years of federal PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a management or technical discipline from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience on federal government initiatives; PMP certification may be beneficial.
• Minimum five years of progressive federal government project management experience.
• Experience leading technology-focused projects including information systems, development or modernization, and digital services.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required federal suitability and background investigations; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management for complex federal technology, digital services, and information management projects.
• Translate customer and contractual requirements into clear project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment of technical, business, and support teams on priorities and delivery expectations.
• Oversee performance, staffing, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and communications.
• Prepare status reports, risk/issue registers, trackers, and meeting records.
• Plan and facilitate kickoff, status, stakeholder reviews, and retrospectives.
