Job summary

TekStream Solutions seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead federal IT initiatives, blending software engineering and program management to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years’ experience, minimum 3 years managing Federal IT projects.
Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Demonstrated success leading SaaS platform and analytics projects.
Experience presenting to executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plan requirements with stakeholders and delivery teams; identify risks; manage schedules.
Monitor progress, risks, and mitigations; analyze timelines.
Leverage technical expertise to resolve issues impacting timelines and costs; drive consensus.
Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams to prioritize work in Jira.
Deliver executive briefings and presentations to Government leadership and C-suite.
Guide adherence to government compliance processes (SDLC, ITSM, SLM, ATT, ATO, ITSR).
Be a trusted advisor delivering complex technical projects.
