You will drive program execution, performance management, and financial oversight while serving as the primary interface with federal leadership to ensure secure, reliable IT services. The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, applying ITIL-based practices, managing risks and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years of federal IT program experience and program management.
• Experience managing complex federal IT O&M contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day O&M activities including incident and change management.
• Ensure high system availability, security, and performance.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
