Job summary

Chevo LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery of Program Management services supporting the Financial Management System for a Major Cabinet-level Agency. The role involves day-to-day O&M across operations, maintenance, database management, interfaces, incident and change management, release management, security/compliance, audit support, and disaster recovery.

Hybrid work with on-site client engagement 3 days/week in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

10+ years in program/project management, including federal government experience.
10+ years in managing, modernizing, or sustaining federal financial management systems.
Experience managing programs with $5M+ annual budgets.
Master's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, or similar).
CPA, CGFM, or similar financial certification.

Responsibilities

Lead a PMO team for a federal department-wide accounting system implementation and operations.
Oversee PMO work: Project Plans, Schedules, Capital Planning, Interface Development, BI, Info Security, Privacy.
Facilitate Change Control Board and track release schedules and capabilities.
Oversee release management, including version control, pipelines, and release calendars.
Manage incident, problem, and change management with SLA adherence and root-cause documentation.
Support audit and financial statement activities, including data artifacts and control mappings (FMFIA, OMB A-123, DATA Act).
Lead recurring client/stakeholder meetings on contract status and deliverables.
Manage staffing, quality plans, and overall contract performance with COR coordination.
