Job summary

Oasys International seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead the ENLIST task order for USMEPCOM, serving as the TOPM. You will interface with the COR/TPOC, own end-to-end task order performance, and direct enterprise IT and mission-support delivery with a focus on accountability and outcomes.

The role requires building a collaborative, high-performing delivery team, managing staffing, schedules, and risks, and reporting progress to Government leadership in a transparent, disciplined manner.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Federal IT or DoD mission-support programs.
• A proven track record delivering large, complex contracts on time and within scope.
• Active collaboration with Government stakeholders and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Act as Oasys International's principal program interface to the AAS COR, USMEPCOM TPOC and government leaders.
• Own overall Task Order execution, including leadership, administration and delivery accountability.
• Establish program controls, procedures, and performance standards.
• Set priorities, align staffing and schedules to mission demand, and direct day-to-day execution.
• Identify variances early, drive root-cause resolution and implement corrective actions.
• Lead Oasys and subcontractor teams into a unified delivery organization with clear roles.
• Translate priorities into direction for personnel and partners.
• Plan and execute complex IT and mission-support activities with limited oversight.
• Use metrics to assess program health and maintain contractual performance.
• Develop executive briefings, reviews, and status materials for Government and leadership.
