Job summary

Oasys International LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. You will serve as the primary interface to the COR and TPOC, providing executive-level accountability for delivery, scheduling, and performance across enterprise IT and mission-support services.

The role requires seven+ years in federal program management, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active secret clearance. On-site work and close collaboration with subcontractors will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as Program Manager or equivalent in Federal IT/mission-support.
• Active Secret clearance and relevant certifications (PMI-PMP or PgMP).
• Experience leading large, distributed teams and interacting with Government executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface to Government stakeholders for operational, contractual, and technical coordination.
• Own Task Order execution including leadership, admin, and delivery integration.
• Lead the development of program framework, procedures, and performance standards.
