OmniVista Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise IT portfolio for a federal agency. Remote-first with occasional on-site work in the Washington, DC area, you will own the roadmap, manage governance, and coordinate security and transition activities.

The role requires 10+ years in IT program management, 5+ years in portfolio management, and strong stakeholder engagement with government partners. A Public Trust Tier 2 clearance is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years managing IT programs or projects, including at least 5 years federal environment.
• 5+ years in portfolio or product management with roadmap ownership.
• Experience leading recurring performance reviews with senior government stakeholders.
• Experience managing cost and schedule baselines, variance analysis, and enterprise risk registers.
• Experience supporting a federal CIO or agency IT governance board.

Aufgaben

• Own and publish the integrated roadmap across products, projects, and services with dependencies, milestones, and forecast ranges.
• Maintain baselines, perform variance analysis, and produce forecast completion ranges.
• Lead weekly delivery reviews and surface recovery options when slips occur.
• Oversee transition-in activities including phase-in scheduling and security processing coordination.
• Establish intake for new technology requests and apply investment criteria for sequencing options.
• Support governance boards with decision-ready packages and reporting of value.
