Job summary

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager — Level III to provide senior leadership for federal cybersecurity programs.

You will oversee program execution, risk management, compliance, security engineering, and customer deliverables for a government client. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex federal programs, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering secure, auditable outcomes in line with RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and FISMA; PMP or CISSP/CISM is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Significant experience managing cybersecurity programs or complex IT security initiatives.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary cybersecurity and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and governance controls.
• Experience with government clients and federal cybersecurity requirements.
• PMI PMP certification or CISSP/CISM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership for cybersecurity initiatives and contract requirements.
• Serve as a senior technical and programmatic point of contact for the government customer.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity program activities.
• Manage cybersecurity personnel, resources, schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment with contractual requirements, customer priorities, and federal standards.
• Establish goals, milestones, and operational priorities.
• Oversee RMF, A&A, continuous monitoring, and security control activities.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and remediation actions.
• Coordinate with ISSOs, security engineers, and governance staff.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
