RJS Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on a federal government project.

You will manage ground-up commercial work, prioritize safety, and lead site teams with clear communication and accountability. Based in the Albuquerque area, the role requires travel to regional sites and hands-on leadership from site prep through closeout, coordinating with Clients, Architects, Engineers, and Inspectors to deliver compliant, high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent.
• Ground-up building experience required.
• Federal agency construction experience preferred (e.g., BIE, BIA, USACE, NAVFAC, GSA).
• Willingness to travel to regional project sites.

Responsabilités

• Manage all on-site construction activities from site prep through completion.
• Maintain and enforce the master project schedule; develop 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and serve as the primary on-site contact for Clients, Owner’s Representatives, Architects, Engineers, and Inspectors.
• Enforce company and federal safety programs; conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specs, codes, and quality standards.
