Job summary

Accord Federal Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to provide overall management and operational direction for a geographically dispersed workforce across multiple federal facilities. You will act as the authorized day-to-day representative and primary contact with the Contracting Officer, government representatives, occupants, and subcontractors.

The role includes directing contract operations, coordinating preventive maintenance, supervising HVAC technicians, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities operations and maintenance.
• Ability to direct a technical workforce across multiple locations.
• Ability to interpret contract requirements and government reporting obligations.
• Willingness to work day-to-day on-site in Shreveport, LA with travel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for supervision and reporting.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance-management systems and standard software.
• Background in regulated facilities and federal contract environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate contract operations across four federal facilities (PM, PM, HVAC/BAS, custodial, grounds, safety, reporting).
• Serve as primary day-to-day representative and point of contact for CO, government reps, occupants, subcontractors.
• Interpret and implement contract requirements, SOWs, task orders, plans and policies.
• Plan and monitor work for resident and floating HVAC technicians, ensuring staffing coverage.
• Coordinate quarterly preventive maintenance and technical support from vendors.
• Maintain PM schedules, work orders, licenses, and equipment records.
• Use NCMMS and other systems to manage work orders and asset history.
• Provide timely response to emergencies and escalation as needed.
