Job summary

Onterris in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Environmental Compliance Leader to oversee hazardous waste management, EPCRA reporting, and regulatory compliance for client programs.

You will mentor a team of environmental professionals, manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensure quality and budget adherence, and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

BS in Environmental Engineering/Science required; 10+ years in consulting including people leadership; PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10+ years environmental consulting experience with 3+ years people management.
• Strong knowledge of EPCRA, RCRA, hazardous materials/waste and related regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.
• Experience leading environmental compliance proposals and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance programs focusing on EPCRA reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership for hazardous waste and hazardous materials management.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Mentor and develop a team of environmental professionals.
• Serve as primary contact for strategic clients and maintain relationships.
• Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and executive briefings.
