The role sits near Federal leadership and collaborates across Domain teams, Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to turn ambiguity into structure and keep important work moving, focused on customers and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Senior operator who can turn ambiguity into structure with focus on execution.
• Strong collaboration across GTM, Product, Sales, Delivery, and Operations.
• Judgment, follow-through, and ability to build lightweight systems that improve execution.

Responsibilities

• Support Federal-specific enablement needs in partnership with Sales Enablement and Sales Operations.
• Translate company-wide sales processes, tools, onboarding, and reporting into clear Federal expectations and rhythms.
• Build and maintain operating cadences for Federal leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Inspect weekly reporting, identify gaps or risks, and follow up on actions until closed.
• Track commitments from pipeline reviews, leadership discussions, customer meetings, and internal deal reviews.
• Standardize Federal prep, reporting, escalation, and execution while keeping processes practical.
