Defense Unicorns seeks a senior Federal enablement leader to scale the Federal organization with stronger rhythms, clearer execution, and focused pipeline growth. You will partner across Domain teams, Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to reduce ambiguity and drive rapid execution.

You will build lightweight systems, maintain cadences, and turn complex priorities into actionable work closely aligned with Federal leadership, customers, and strategic growth, while

Responsibilities

• Support Federal-specific enablement needs in partnership with Sales Enablement and Sales Operations.
• Translate company-wide sales processes, tools, onboarding, and reporting into clear Federal expectations and execution rhythms.
• Build and maintain operating cadences for Federal leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Inspect weekly reporting, identify gaps or risks, and follow up on action items.
