Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience.
• Expertise in data architecture, development, and administration.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience with report development and automation.
• Hands-on data framework development and integration.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud concepts.
• Experience in data governance, security, and access controls.
• Ability to be the main client contact for government contracts.
• Calm under deadlines with federal clients.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between raw data and insights for the client.
• Design a centralized, secure data repository.
• Cleansing and validation to remove duplicates and ensure quality.
• Implement access controls following least privilege.
• Develop backup and disaster-recovery strategies.
• Automate data collection, transformation, and reporting pipelines.
• Maintain a current data dictionary and naming standards.
• Be the point of contact for the government Contracting Officer and COR.
• Provide a project-wide view of contract activities and analysts’ work.
• Respond within 24 hours to ensure reliability.
