Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Director to shape enterprise-wide cybersecurity engagements across federal environments. Lead governance, risk, and compliance with strong leadership, business development, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities include advising C-suite, integrating AI/data perspectives, and driving growth while ensuring adherence to federal standards and KPIs. Active SECRET clearance required; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

Ten (10)+ years of overall relevant work experience.
Active and maintained SECRET (or higher) federal security clearance.
Experience in cybersecurity risk management and governance, including senior leadership roles.
Federal experience at department level working on cyber security programs.
Comprehensive understanding of federal IT/security and privacy procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-level cyber advisory engagements aligned with federal mandates and NIST frameworks.
Drive business development, capture activities, and revenue growth for cybersecurity offerings.
Oversee delivery of major cybersecurity engagements with quality, scalability, and compliance.
Provide thought leadership through publications, conferences, and industry forums.
Advise executive leadership and interagency partners on cybersecurity strategies and risk posture.
Integrate Zero Trust into enterprise services and drive adoption per NIST SP 800-207 and related frameworks.
Define KPIs, maturity models, and metrics to improve operational effectiveness and risk reduction.
Mentor multi-disciplinary teams and foster continuous improvement.
