Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant in Tysons, VA to oversee three workstreams led by Senior Consultants in Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance. You will coordinate across cybersecurity risk teams, interact with IT stakeholders and federal partners, and ensure alignment with federal mandates such as NIST and CISA.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's or higher, 7+ years of relevant experience (5+ with a Master), U.S.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years cybersecurity experience, or 5+ years with a Master’s degree.
• US citizenship required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• CISSP/CRISC/CISA/CAP/CGRC certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cybersecurity risk management, risk governance, and risk assessments.
• Lead HVA oversight and maintain enterprise risk registers.
• Coordinate across workstreams and with federal partners to meet mandates.
• Provide strategic direction, QA, and review deliverables.
