Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in report writing.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; alternative: Master's Degree with five years experience.
• Seven years of relevant cybersecurity experience, or a Master's with five years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Certified in CISSP, CRISC, CAP/CGRC, or CISA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of cybersecurity risk management and governance activities.
• Maintain and improve enterprise-level risk register and risk assessments.
• Coordinate enterprise and unit risk assessments and HVA oversight programs.
• Provide strategic direction, QA/QC across workstreams, and guidance to team leads.
• Advise on federal cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, SP 800-60, FIPS 140-3/199).
• Develop, maintain, and input agency-wide cybersecurity policies and SOPs for risk management and HVA programs.
• Prepare risk management and HVA plans and project schedules; present findings to technical and executive audiences.
