Job summary

Allied Technologies and Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst based in Frederick, MD, with on-site duties up to 5 days and occasional telework considered. The role supports USAMRDC via DCSRM, focusing on cost accounting, indirect costs, and rate analysis to ensure proper funding and cost recovery.

Responsibilities include generating financial reports in GFEBS, implementing standardized cost models, and providing training on cost management processes for USAMRDC and subordinate units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least two years using an automated financial system such as GFEBS.
• Experience with federal concepts, budget analysis and reporting preferred.
• Experience in a federal contracting, government or military environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support DCSRM with data entry into GFEBS across funds management, distribution, and MIPR processing.
• Generate management and financial reports in GFEBS (funds status, open commitments/obligations, cost management).
• Analyze error reports and recommend corrections, including interface monitor issues.
• Help implement cost models for indirect costs and cost recovery for reimbursable customers.
• Provide financial analysis on indirect cost rates and customer consumption against budgets.
• Develop dashboards showing budget execution with respect to TDA requirements and authorizations.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and assist with customer inquiries and Congressional requests.
• Deliver training on GFEBS data capture and reporting; provide hands-on CBT/ILT training.
