Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a contracts professional to support its federal government contracts teams throughout the lifecycle. You will aid in preparing and reviewing documents such as NDAs, teaming agreements, and RFPs, and advise on rights, obligations, and risks.
Responsibilities include participating in negotiations, assisting in proposal reviews, and processing awards, modifications, and closeouts for US Government contracts, with up to 10% travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; four years additional professional experience may substitute.
- 2-4 years of experience as contracts professional in Federal government marketplace preferred.
- Working knowledge of FAR is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist contract administration from cradle to grave including preparing and reviewing NDA, Teaming Agreements, and RFPs.
- Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
- Participate in negotiations to establish terms and conditions for contracts.
- Communicate issues and propose solutions for contractual challenges.
- Support proposal preparation with contract risk reviews.
- Process awards, modifications, and closeouts for US Government contracts.
